Whimsy & Rage Workshop

Studies show that creativity lowers stress levels, resets our nervous system and regulates emotions. We all have a little Whimsy & Rage in us and need to blow off steam. This workshop allows you to express both! Think rage room but with creativity instead of destruction. It can get a little messy so make sure you wear something you can get paint on! Dress for the seasons weather, this workshop could be held outside.

Ages 12+ 

2 hours, up to 8 people per workshop in studio. If booking for an onsite corporate team building event, you may book up to 20 people per workshop depending on your space.
