My Philosophy

My philosophy

The art world can be a bit daunting to navigate as an artist and as a collector. Art, to me, is a universal language that has the power to bring people together, no matter where you come from. It stirs emotions, and through those emotions—whether it's joy, sadness, or something in between—we either connect or disconnect with one another. The goal is for my work to resonate with you, the collector, on a deeper level. I want it to make you feel instead of purely representational. That's the beauty of abstract art! I want it to spark a connection within you and also open you up to new perspectives.

I’ve always been drawn to a sense of opulence and bring that in my work that feels luxurious and timeless. For me, creating art is a constant exploration of the world—I see art in everything. Through my use of different mediums, textures, and styles, I aim to contribute to the world in a way that celebrates its rich diversity. You'll see strong themes such as feminism, birth, motherhood, advocacy, aging that fight against the injustices that women and the LGBTQIA+ face in some of my pieces, but not all of them. Art doesn’t always need to have a profound meaning behind it though—sometimes, it’s simply about having fun and enjoying the process!
