SESSION 7 - EMOTION & EXPRESSION

2 hour class. We will start together, split into 2 breakout sessions, then come back together at the end. 

In this class we will be a free flow class using emotion and expression to channel your inner state through spontaneous creation.

Artemis: Using acrylics to create an abstract painting while responding to music, prompts or your own intuition to express yourself on canvas

Brick-X: Build intuitively to music focusing on flow, movement, intuition

All supplies included. Light snacks & drinks provided. 12+
