SESSION 1 - SEEING COLOR - 2 Ways 2 Create Tuesday, February 10, 2026

Seeing Color is our first session in our 2 Ways 2 Create workshop series! Please make sure you are registering for the class(es) that you want to take. Take 1, 2, etc, or all of them! There will be a separate link for each class so look for the specific dates/title! There will be a 10% discount to those that register for the entire 12 session series! 

We will learn how to understand hue, value, saturation, tints, shades through creating your own color wheel. Learn how to balance those to show mood and harmony and create pieces that invoke emotions like joy, calm, tension, etc

Doc will walk you through building a 6x6 LEGO mosaic using the same principles and experimenting with color adjacency and contrast. 

All materials will be provided. Please wear clothes that don't mind getting paint on!

Light snacks and drinks will be provided. 

We will start together then split in half, rotating through painting with Artemis Rising and Brick-X. We will then come back together at the end to have a group discussion. 12+
