Duality Series 1 "And"

Styles of art change and I love both brights and simple black and white, minimalist styles. As an artist we are told stick with one style. As women, we are taught to be mothers and that is our sole purpose. I dont feel that way. We can have an "AND" I am an artist AND a mother. 

So I decided to combine the two styles. Abstract expressionism and minimalism to show how they can compliment each other.
