A Force You Can't Ignore

This is #2 in a series that will be full of all of the emotions. Happy to downright angry. We need to learn to allow ourselves to feel ALL of the emotions. We need to sit in that uncomfortable space when others are feeling and expressing those emotions we perceive as negative too, not just celebrate the joys. It develops empathy and compassion. And sometimes I let my feelings and thoughts come out unsympathetic and insensitive to others unintentionally. I'll do better. I'll mess up again. I'll make it right and hope we forgive. It's a never ending learning process to go through as human beings.

Where did you learn that certain emotions were "bad" and certain ones were "good"? I think they can all be beneficial. It's just not healthy to get stuck in negative ones or in toxic positivity either. I've been guilty of both.
